BMI Calculator

Overweight and obesity is most commonly measured for adults using the Body Mass Index (BMI). The BMI is calculated by dividing weight (kg) by height (cm). For example, a female weighing 70kg and measuring 1.75m would have a BMI of 22.8, falling into the 'normal' weight range. A BMI of 25 or more is considered to be overweight, with obesity determined at a BMI of 30 or more.

Use the BMI calculator and chart below to assess your current weight. If you fall into the 'Normal', 'Overweight' and 'Pre-obese' range, you should consider using Herron ActiSlim. If you are in the 'Underweight' or 'Obese' categories, you should seek advice from your health professional before undertaking a weight loss program.
