What is it used for?Cod liver oil is a rich natural source of Vitamins A and D. Vitamin A assists in maintaining healthy skin and night vision, and is essential for the immune system and cellular growth. It also plays an important role in maintaining a healthy respiratory tract, especially during colds and flu.
Vitamin D3 helps the absorption and utilization of calcium and potassium, which are needed for bone growth.
Cod Liver Oil 1000 provides a concentrated, high potency cod liver oil supplement rich in vitamin A and D, and avoids the ‘fishy taste’ with the use of convenient, soft-gel encapsulation.

Dosage
Adults - Take one to four capsules daily with food or as professionally directed.

• When taken in excess of 800IU, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
• Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
