What is it used for?Evening Primrose Oil is a rich source of essential fatty acids. These fatty acids are known as ‘essential’ because the human body requires them, but because the body can’t make them, a dietary source is required.
EPO 1000 is a high potency formulation that can assist in the relief of the symptoms of pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS) including abnormal bloating, breast tenderness, cramping, mood swings and irritability. It also plays an important role in helping maintain healthy skin and complexion as well as provide relief of eczema.

Dosage
