HERRON VALERIAN PLUS 2000

What is it used for?

There are many factors that can upset our natural sleep rhythm, including less than 8 hours sleep a day, age and balancing work and family commitments.  Complaints of sleeping problems increase with age and tend to affect women more frequently than men.

Valerian dates back to the 2nd century in Greece and Rome, and was originally used for its sedative properties and effects, and to treat the symptoms of nervousness and headaches.

Magnesium can help reduce the incidence of muscular cramps and spasm that can adversely impact on sleep quality.

It should be noted that, unlike many synthetic drug therapies, controlled clinical studies suggest that a 2 – 4 week course of Valerian is required to achieve the desired improvements in sleep patterns.
